Shipping Restrictions: We currently only ship within the United States and regretfully cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Delivery Delays: While we strive for timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or carrier delays may occasionally cause delays beyond our control. Please understand that we are not responsible for such delays but are committed to assisting you throughout the process.
Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us immediately for assistance in filing a claim with the carrier. Claims for shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item.
Items with qualifying manufacturer's warranty are provided by the manufacturer alone. All available warranties vary by manufacturer.

Returns: You have a 30-day window from the date of receipt to initiate a return. In order to initiate the return process you must reach out to our customer service team to obtain a return authorization number and start the return process. Eligibility: To qualify for a refund, items must be in pristine, unused condition and returned in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the received item is damaged or defective. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and acquiring insurance for the return shipment.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, clearance items, and personalized products are not eligible for returns.
Refunds: Expect your refund to be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
