Product Information

The Nemco 55050AN-R Spiral Fry™ ribbon fry cutter prepares freshly-cut ribbon fries with an easy-to-use screw drive operation. This drive automatically releases at the end of a stroke to quickly retract for quickly reloading the potato holder. To eliminate contact between the holder and cutting blade, the drive depth is pre-set. It can be mounted on any flat surface and, for convenience, it can be placed in either direction for left- or right-handed operation. For quick and thorough cleaning, the Nemco 55050AN-R Spiral fry ribbon potato cutter can be removed from the mounting plate by loosening the knob.
