Made of polycarbonate, the Cambro 46CW135 Camwear® food pan is break resistant and safe at temperatures between -40 and 210 degrees Fahrenheit. With this construction, the pan can be used for refrigerated storage. It keeps contents as cold as metal pans without high volumes of condensation.
